You can obtain your City Guide by presenting your Berlin Welcome Card all inclusive at the Berlin Tourist Information Centres. At the BER airport, you can obtain the Guide at the Berlin Brandenburg Welcome Center. If you are arriving by train, you can visit the Berlin Tourist Information Centre at the main railway station, located at the Europaplatz exit. The Guide is also available online.
How long will my Berlin Welcome Card all inclusive be valid?
The Berlin Welcome Card all inclusive is name-bound. This variant has a validity period of 48 hours, and an arrival date needs to be selected. A time must also be selected. During the selected period of validity, the ticket entitles the holder to one use of the respective inclusive service or discount vis-a-vis each participating service provider.
What should be borne in mind with regard to the Berlin Welcome Card all inclusive for children?

The Berlin Welcome Card - BASIC is an attractive variant of the popular "Berlin Welcome Card”, and is particularly suitable for all guests who already have a local public transport ticket. The Berlin Welcome Card - BASIC is valid for 48 hours and costs €7. It offers attractive discounts of between at least 25% and up to 50% at over 180 attractions in Berlin and Potsdam. This variant does not contain any local public transport ticket.
How does the Berlin Welcome Card - BASIC work?
After booking, you will receive your ticket via mail. Please print out the ticket in A4 format or always show it on your mobile end device to our partners before using the service. The ticket holds good for a grown-up (from 15 years onwards), and is name-bound. The validity selected during the booking process is also specified on the ticket.
